If my material is stored in hard to access locations, can you provide the necessary labor to remove the material? For example, if it is located in a basement, attic, or off site storage facility, can you still accommodate us?

If I chose to have in-house Document Destruction, can I personally witness the Destruction Process?
Yes, we provide a viewing with closed circuit TV for monitoring the shredding of your documents.
What happens to my material after it is shredded?
All shredded material is bailed and recycled. It is shipped to paper mills where it is used as a pulp substitutes sparing the harvesting of new trees for their pulp content.
Under the HIPAA regulations, is it advisable that medical records should be destroyed?
If a covered entity fails to apply destruction policies uniformly or where destruction is contrary to policy, courts may allow a jury to infer in a negligence suit that if records were available, they would show the facility acted improperly in treating the patient.
Will you provide containers for us to place material in before it is shredded?
Yes, we supply lockable storage bins to your facility at no cost for contract companies.
